In SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench, Japanese characters are incorrectly rendered as question marks (?) in the model group execution log. Sometimes the question marks appear inside black diamonds:
There are no errors.
This issue occurs because Japanese characters require multiple bytes in UTF-8, which is not handled well for the logs.
There is no workaround for this issue.
A hot fix is planned for this issue.
